Overview
The Genomics and Proteomics Core Laboratories have experience in RNA extraction from a wide array of sample types. Our knowledgeable staff routinely obtain high quality intact RNA free of genomic DNA contamination suitable for analysis of both mRNA and small RNA expression patterns. Sample collection methods are critical for RNA quality, so for optimum results, please contact GPCL staff before beginning sample collection. RNA quantification via spectrophotometry or RiboGreen (Invitrogen) is also available as is RNA quality assessment via Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer. Please contact GPCL staff to discuss sample submission for these processes.
