		Examination of copy number variation   The Affymetrix ®SNP 6.0 incorporates non-polymorphic probes specifically to enable CNV analysis. Affymetrix provides a software option to facilitate CNV analysis from SNP 6.0 data. A wide variety of Illumina genotyping platforms are supported for CNV analysis.
